2-KOR, a cylindar with a 40+ square inch base: 62.5 inches high cylinder holds 2,500+ cubic inches: and 25 inches high cylinder holds 1000 cubic inches, or 4 times as much as a KOR.

5-KOR, A five KAPH diameter cylinder (5-KOR) will equal (25/7*5)/2]2 * π = 250+ square inch base: and a ten inch high cylinder contains 2,500 cubic inches of space (after a Dip Stick is inserted). This is 10 times the volume of a KOR.

10-KOR, A ten KAPH diameter cylinder (10-KOR) equals 1,000+ square inch base. The 10 KAPH is just short of 36 inches in diameter: If you used a 1/7” thick wall on the 10-KOR, the outside would be exactly 36 inch diameter.

Air Wells

An Air Well produces water from the air just as a cloud does.  When warm moist air is cooled to what is called, the Due Point, it will condense provided it has something upon which to condense.  Condensation occurs in a cloud when microscopic particles of dust are present.  When the air rises and is subsequently cooled to the due point water forms around the particles in the air.  In an Air Well the water in the air condenses on the rough edges of brick or stone when the temperature of the air reaches the due point.  The brick or stone must be protected from the sun and cooled by the cooling effect of the earth.  Cooling of the air to the due point occurs as the air contacts cool underground stones and water. It is conceivable that the proposed site could be designed to capture the prevailing warm moist air from the Western Sea, the Mediterranean Sea, and direct it under ground through the porous fill behind the retaining walls.  Therein the ground cooling effect would cool the air to the Due Point, the water in the air will condense on the stones and drip to the water table in the fill.  This effect has been known and used for thousands of years in the desert regions.  This system can conceivably produce millions of gallons of water within AKD. (Ref: Ezekiel 47:1+)

A KINGDOM DISTRICT (AKD)

 (1) AKD: the name of A District set aside to support The Court of Appeal for All Nations, a.k.a. The House Of Prayer for Everyone (HOPE).

A Kingdom District is a place described in the book of the Bible named Ezekiel. (Chapter 48, verse 20+) The acronym of A Kingdom District is AKD. “AKD” is a cluster of projects first envisioned by our heavenly Father and then revealed to us approximately 2,500 years ago through the Prophet Ezekiel. AKD is a fitting reference to the project described by Ezekiel because it describes an intended purpose and goal for the project. One of AKD’s purposes is to unify Judah and Israel, and as a result unifying the rest of the world as ONE Kingdom under Heaven. (Ref. AKD for more information.)

(2) A Kingdom District (AKD): a CHARTED PROGRAM to design and develop a unique district made up of at least 13 large projects within a sponsor specified land design development area. Also Known As, A PRESENT.

Acceptance: The formal process of accepting delivery of a product or deliverable.

Acceptance Criteria: Performance requirements and essential conditions that have to be achieved before project deliverables are accepted.

AKD

(1) AKD: The acronym of A Kingdom District. AKD are ancient Hebrew letters dxa for the word pronounced ekh-awd; meaning, united, one, altogether, unified, first; and “aw-khad”, meaning to unify.  This Hebrew word may be a root of our English word “awkward”. As life’s experiences have shown us, achieving unity requires risks and endurance of awkward moments. An example is learning to dance. To dance we must overcome the awkwardness to our individualism. To construct AKD we must learn to dance as men dance.

These words are used in a number of  well known Bible verses such as: “For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Yhwh, to serve him with one (AKD) consent.” Zephaniah 3:8-9  When we are one (AKD) people we will speak one (AKD) language.   By means of this acronym we develop a poetic, spiritual, and cross cultural mind map of A Kingdom District.  Through the use and understanding of this acronym, our Hebraic roots will grow. The first use in the Bible of the word AKD is in Genesis 1:5; “And El-lo-hem (all-to-them) called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night.  And the evening and the morning were the first (AKD) day.” The second use of this word AKD we find in Genesis 1:9; “And El-lo-hem (all-to-them) said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one (AKD) place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. The third reference in the Bible using AKD is Genesis 2:24;  “Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one (AKD) flesh. This and the next usage of the word refer to being unified.  “And the Yhwh said, ‘Behold, the people is one (AKD), and they have all one (AKD) language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.  Genesis 11:6.  This verse speaks of the power of unity. “ . . . nothing will be restrained from us.” In Psalm 14:3 David says, “they are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no not one (AKD).”  If this is so then where is our hope in ever becoming clean again.  David answers this question in the seventh verse of Psalm 14, “Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion!  When Yhwh bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.”

(2) AKD: see A Kingdom District.

(3) AKD stands for the POWER of ONE AKD Client to request one AKD Project be built in one AKD place on one planet Earth.  The Hebrew letters AKD mean “ONE”, first, decisive, sharp, unity and United, depending upon the various vowels inserted within context. AKD stands for HaShem (The Name). He is ONE on the Earth:

(4) AKD, dxa  = ONE REGAL RULER AND KING of the universe and his name is AKD.

“And the LORD YHWH shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one (AKD) LORD, and his name one (AKD).” Zechariah 14:9 The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769.

(5) AKD stands for unity among people, people being united behind one project. Therefore, AKD stands for the power of ONE Creator to OWN the planet he created and have a place on it to call his own; the place designated as AKD, a place built by people who work together to show their appreciation to the one who created this Planet in the first place.

“All the land (of AKD) shall be turned as a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem: and it shall be lifted up, and inhabited in her place, from Benjamin’s gate unto the place of the first gate, unto the corner gate, and from the tower of Hananeel unto the king’s winepresses.   And men shall dwell in it, and there shall be no more utter destruction; but Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.” Zechariah 14:10-11 The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769.

AKD Project description

Obvious parallels with the existing U.S. "District" of Columbia and A Kingdom District are intentional.  The District of Columbia is the Capital of the United States of America; A Kingdom District is the Capital of the Unified Nations of Planet Earth.  A Kingdom District is to be, “a blessing to all nations” just as the District of Columbia is to the various States of the United States. A Kingdom District is ten miles square; the same area provided for in the U. S. Constitution for the seat of the U. S. Federal Government.  The seats of government in D. C. daily pray for the various states they govern.  Within A Kingdom District is “a house of prayer for all nations”.  A Kingdom District is a place where ordinary people live and play.  It is a place for statesmen and visitors.  It is a place of splendor and beauty.  A kingdom District is the dwelling place of El-lo-hem (God, all-to-them). “My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be to them El-lo-hem, and they shall be my people. And the Nations shall know that I the YHWH (meaning, i am your every breath) do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore.” Ezekiel 37:27-28

Alternatives: A number of different solutions and approaches that must be evaluated and chosen to attain the objectives of a project, INCLUDING DOING NOTHING.

AKM, A Koded Mile (AKM) Post is 2,500 cubits between markers. This is but one of many instances of the use of 25 and it factors in this measurement system we are using.

AKR, A One Acre Area (AKR = Area Koded Ruler) is 100 x 100 cubits. A Sector (SKR = Section Koded Ruler) is a 2,500 cubits square, or 625 acres. AKD is 25,000 cubits on a side, or 100 Sections, or 62,500 AKR.

A PLAIN

A Plain– Cut and Fill; “The land shall be turned to a plain from Geba to Rimmon (see Ref. below) south of Jerusalem.”  Zechariah 14:10  A site development engineer would refer to the leveling and contouring of the land upon which something is to be built as CUT AND FILL; cut the high places and fill the low.  The area described by Ezekiel is now badly scared by erosion.  Often an engineer when called to correct this problem will design a retaining wall to extend across a ravine or valley and then fill in behind.  Most of the retention necessary to level and contour for AKD would be on the eastern border.  Homes and gardens could be part of the structure of these retaining walls.  The fill material behind the retaining wall would be porous allowing space for water to be stored therein.  The retaining wall would act as a dam and the fill as a reservoir.  A pump extended to the base of the retaining wall would retrieve the water for irrigation, industrial, and domestic use as required.  Millions of gallons of water could be stored in these fills.

Apostille

An "apostille" is a form of authentication issued to documents for use in countries that participate in the Hague Convention of 1961. A list of countries that accept apostilles is provided by the US State Department.

If the country of intended use does not participate in the Hague Convention, documents being sent to that country can be "authenticated" or "certified".

The Office of the Secretary of State provides apostille and authentication service to U.S. citizens and foreign nationals on documents that will be used overseas. Types of documents include corporate documents such as company bylaws and articles of incorporation, power of attorney, diplomas, transcripts, letters relating to degrees, marital status, references and job certifications, home studies, deeds of assignments, distributorship agreements, papers for adoption purposes, etc. The U.S. State Department provides general information about document authentications and apostilles under the Hague Convention of 1961.

Obtaining an Apostille or Authentication/Certification in Washington State
IMPORTANT! Apostille certificates are issued by a state government only for documents which have been signed by a government official (or a Notary Public) of that same state.

Approach Statement: A high-level description of how the project will accomplish its goals and objectives.

A PRESENT:

The Prophet Ezekiel gave the description of A Kingdom District (AKD) to us 2500 years ago.  AKD is described as: Ezekiel 48:20; NKJV " The entire district shall be twenty-five thousand cubits by twenty-five thousand cubits, foursquare. You shall set apart the holy district with the property of the city. ” AKD is a PRESENT given in love to YHWH, a gift of land, plans, materials, and workmanship.  "As a SPECIAL GIFT, you will set aside the SACRED PORTION along with the PROPERTY OF THE CITY." NIV

Ezekiel 40:1-48:20 NKJV

A PROJECT:

AKD is a PLANNED project with SPECIAL ORDERS to DESIGN AND BUILD: "Son of man, describe the temple to the people of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their sins.  Let them consider the plan, and if they are ashamed of all they've done, make known to them the design of the temple--its arrangement, its exits and entrances--its whole design and all its regulations and laws. Write these down before them so that they may be faithful to its design and follow all its regulations."

A THRONE:

AKD is a special place, set aside for a special purpose: "While the man was standing beside me, I heard someone speaking to me from inside THE TEMPLE.  He said: ‘Son of man, this is a place of MY THRONE and a place for the souls of my feet.  This is where I will live among the Israelites forever.’" Ezekiel 43:6-7a NIV

AVHM = A VERY HIGH MOUNTAIN

The Mountain: a four mile in diameter dome which stands 2000 feet above the surrounding landscape.  Under the dome is the Old City of Jerusalem and the New King David Hotel II.  Four spiral rings around the surface of the dome form gutters that direct the water to a large mote like parameter gutter, which also acts as holding and storing water and weight to keep the dome on the earth.  On the top center of the dome is the House of YHWH, 2000 feet above the ground and the city below.

B

Balanced Scorecard: A management and measurement system that enables organizations to clarify their vision and strategy, and translate them into action. It provides feedback for both the internal business processes and external outcomes in order to continuously improve strategic performance and results.

Baselines: Reference levels against which the project is monitored and controlled.

BRANCH (see See-MaKe)

(1) A Branch Charter defines the office of the BRANCH and the origins of A Branch Corporation, a corporation sole in the contex of Zechariah 6:12-15 and John 15:5.

(2) The word BRANCH is itself a motto: taking the Hebrew letters BRA (baw-raw’) which mean: to create, and, NCH (no’-akh) meaning: rest  (NCH is the name of the patriarch of the flood, Noah). From this word we can envision A BRANCH Concept: “Creating a resting place, a cover or nest from the storms and from the rain.” (See Isaiah 4)

Build or Buy Decision (see “Replacement”)
A build or buy decision is one that organizations make when looking to replace part or all of existing systems. Most feasibility studies include at least one option for each of these alternative approaches.

Business Drivers/Background Statement: An explanation of why the project is needed and why it is being recommended at this time. It describes the business problem or issue that will be resolved by the project as well as any background information necessary to understand the problem.

Business Goals: The underlying basis for which a project is undertaken.

Business Teams: Members of the organization unit, usually benefitting from the project's outcomes.

C

Charter: A document prepared by the sponsor that includes an overview of what is expected from the project including limits, priorities, requirements and constraints. [D02189] A formal document providing authority to a project manager to conduct a project within scope, quality, time, cost, and resource constraints as laid down in the document.

Client: Person or enity helped by another; somebody using a professional and skilled service; a person or organization to whom goods and services are provided.

code

/kod/ (See Kodesh  ??? , KoDeSh HE) 1. a defining statement about how something is built, dedicated and utilized. 2. An after the fact statement that something is built according to CODE; local, county, state, federal, national, and international; 3. A code is known and understood by insiders; trained, and educated people.

constrain: see constraints

Constraints: A condition or occurrence that might restrict, limit, or regulate the project. Generally constraints are outside the control of the project team.

Contingencies: Planned actions for minimizing the damage caused by a problem, in the event that problem should occur.

Core System: Applications and enabling technologies that support critical business functions. Current core systems support the administrative business such as payroll/personnel, accounting/budgeting, and purchasing are administered by the National Heritage Foundation.

cubit for AKD: see KBR, Kode Base Ruler {Hebrew: keb-awr´= length, a.k.a. code(d) cubit})= 25” (inches) = 0·635 meter [exactly.]

Critical Path: The series of tasks that must finish on time for the entire project to finish on schedule. A delay in any task on the critical path will result in a delay in the project.

Cut and Fill: Ibid: A PLANE

D

DBR: Hebrew,  rbd dabar'  Speech, word; a business ACT (or answer). (Ref:Strong's H1697)

DBR CODE: Acronym: David's BRANCH REGULATIING (DBR) CODE. A coded identifier and source attached to a statement used to define and approve a specific portion of the design specifications of AKD.

Deliverable: Any measurable, tangible, verifiable item that must be produced to complete the project.

Design Specification: A document that specifies the "design-to" requirements and may include functionality, performance, interfaces, constraints, effectiveness, and verification.

Dip Stick, See KOR

Discovery Project: the work for very large projects takes enough time that it should be structured as a project itself. This is the purpose of defining a separate Discovery Project. The final deliverable for a Discovery Project is a completed Project Definition, Project Management Procedures and project workplan for the subsequent large project. For the most part, all the "real" deliverables will be produced as a part of the larger, followon project.

District

A District is: a geographical or political division made for a specific purpose.  (Webster) See A Kingdom District (AKD).

E

Enterprise-wide: Information technology requirements, plans, systems, etc. that span or are common across multiple divisions or groups. An enterprise-wide system is not necessarily a core system.

Ephraim:

Ephraim is the largest and lead tribe of the House of Israel.

Genius 48 : 11 And Israel said to Joseph, "I had not thought to see your face; but in fact, God has also shown me your offspring!"

12 So Joseph brought them from beside his knees, and he bowed down with his face to the earth. 13 And Joseph took them both, Ephraim with his right hand toward Israel's left hand, and Manasseh with his left hand toward Israel's right hand, and brought them near him. 14 Then Israel stretched out his right hand and laid it on Ephraim's head, who was the younger, and his left hand on Manasseh's head, guiding his hands knowingly, for Manasseh was the firstborn. 15 And he blessed Joseph, and said: "God, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked,

The God who has fed me all my life long to this day,

16 The Angel who has redeemed me from all evil,

Bless the lads; Let my name be named upon them,

And the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac;

And let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth."

17 Now when Joseph saw that his father laid his right hand on the head of Ephraim, it displeased him; so he took hold of his father's hand to remove it from Ephraim's head to Manasseh's head. 18 And Joseph said to his father, "Not so, my father, for this one is the firstborn; put your right hand on his head."

19 But his father refused and said, "I know, my son, I know. He also shall become a people, and he also shall be great; but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his descendants shall become a multitude of nations."

20 So he blessed them that day, saying, "By you Israel will bless, saying, 'May God make you as Ephraim and as Manasseh!' " And thus he set Ephraim before Manasseh.

Exposure (rank): The likely loss or consequence of a risk. It is the combined probability and impact of a risk usually expressed as the product or probability x impact.

F

Feasibility Study: A study to examine the viability of taking on a project.

Fiscal Year: The 12-month period of July 1 to June 30 used for financial planning and reporting purposes.

G

Geba to Rimmon

The distance between Geba and Rimmon is larger than the area prescribed for AKD.  Geba is approximately six miles (10K) north of Jerusalem.  In addition, Rimmon South is approximately thirty-six miles (58K) South West of Jerusalem.  Therefore, these two cities are 42 miles (68K) apart.  The diagonal or maximum distance of the area described by Ezekiel is 35,355.34 cubits (13.95 miles or 22.45K).  Therefore, the area described by Zechariah is three times as long as needed for Ezekiel’s project.  This larger area allows for working room, materials, storage, grade transitions and future development.

Goal Statement: A high-level statement of the project's object of study, its purpose, its quality focus, and viewpoint. Should reference the project's business benefits in terms of cost, time and/or quality.

God: See YHWH

Governance: The planning, influencing and conducting of the policy and affairs of the project.

Governance Committee: A group of interested people (customers, technicians, managers, etc.) providing direction, guidance and approval for a project.

Governance Model: The agreed upon processes, roles and responsibilities for governing the progress and direction of a project.

KHoMeR (Koded House for the Master Ruler): A cubic cubit 25*25*25=15,625 cubic inches. The KHOMER contains 1,000,000 quarter inch cubes (qin3): And a KHOMER contains 1,000 2.5 inch square cubes (KUB or KUP) = 15.625 cubic inches each.

kingdom

A kingdom is: a government or country headed by a king.

The KINGDOM we refer to is: the spiritual and regal realm of El-lo-hem (meaning, “all-to-them”) (the Name of the ONE God, YHWH) and his authority as creator over this planet earth.

KKR, Hebrew: KiKkawR, means a large weight, and is often translated in English as a ‘talent’. Hebrew letters also have numerical values, K = 20, R = 200, so the word kkr has a value of 20+20+200=240. We will demonstrate that 240 cubic inches of silver (Ag) is one Kikkawr of one KAPH diameter and 24 inches tall which weighs 90 pounds avoirdupois or 1440 av. ounces. This is very nearly exactly equal to the weight of 2,500 cubic inches of water. Kikkawr (KKR) is divided into 60 mina.

Kode Base Ruler (1 ammah + 1 To-phach = 7 KAPH) (symbols: q or KBR {Hebrew: keb-awr´= length, a.k.a. code(d) cubit})= 25” (inches) = 0·635 meter [exactly.]

This master ruler has an interesting relationship with both decimal and fractional measurement as, ¼” is 100th of a cubit, and 1/40th inch is 1,000th of a cubit.

KOR a.k.a. core, (Koded-Orb-Ruler, Heb. KOR a.k.a. core, gallon) a cylinder constructed for measuring and calibrating volume: made one (1) KAPH diameter and one (1) cubit (25 inches ) tall, this cylinder KOR would contain slightly more than 250 cubic inches of <substance> ([25/7/2]2 * π = [10.01783372 * 25] – 0.01783372 remainder = 250). A Dip Stick is constructed to displace the excess in the KAPH diameter KOR making the exact <substance> volume equal 10 cubic inches per inch of height, making the 25” cylinder’s capacity exactly 250 cubic inches. (This displacement stick’s thickness and width can vary as long at they add up to the remainder, 0.01783372 square inches, i.e. 1/8 x 1/7, or 1/16 x 0.285, or 0.071 x ¼” or 0.035 thick by 1/2” wide.) The KOR contains 16 KUPs.

Land development

“Land development has become a very complex industry and the designer requires a comprehensive understanding of this industry. Practitioners involved in this undertaking have had to become specialists, but the specialists should have a broad knowledge of the popular terms and principles used in the industry so as to better participate in the overall process. It is mandatory that certain of the key professionals have an overall knowledge of all facets of the process. These would certainly include the planners, engineers, and surveyors, as well as the land use attorney and, of course, the client.” (Page 7) Dewberry & Davis, 1996. Land Development Handbook: Planning, Engineering, and Surveying. New York: McGraw-Hill.

Lessons Learned: A set of statements captured after completion of a project or a portion of a project. The statements describe in a neutral way what did or did not work well, along with a statement regarding the risk of ignoring the lesson. Capturing and sharing the lessons learned is an important part of process improvement.

M

Maintenance And Operations: The process of keeping an information technology application running and performing its functions on a routine basis. Project activities do not include maintenance and operations tasks.

Milestones: 1. An event of no duration. It usually marks the completion of a critical part of the project.

MINA, a division of a Kikkawr (KKR) which is divided into 60 mina. One mina would be one KAPH diameter Silver (Ag) coin 0.4 inches tall = 4 cubic inches of Ag. This happens to be nearly the same weight as 42 cubic inches of water, or about 24 ounces, which of course you can contain in a KAPH KOR 4.2 inches deep. The next step down the weight ladder is the Shekel (Hebrew SKL).

Mitigation: Actions taken to eliminate or reduce risk by reducing the probability and or impact of occurrence.

Mitigation Strategies: Identification of the steps that can be taken to lessen risk by lowering the probability of a risk event's occurrence, or to reduce its effect should the risk event occur.

Modify (Extend, Enhance, Refurbish, Re-engineer, and Renovate):  to change the operation of a core system without completely changing the hosting platform or the software that runs the application. A proposal to modify a core system may involve the following strategies: extend, enhance, refurbish, re-engineer, and renovate. Major proposals usually involve several, if not all, of the above strategies, so the Framework does not break down the “Modify” alternative by type of strategy employed.

It documents the comparison between actual results of a project and the objectives and deliverables specified in the project's Charter.

Performance Outcomes: Results or consequences of the efforts enacted during the project's planning and execution.

Performance Measures: Performance measures describe how success in achieving the agency goals will be measured and tracked. Performance measure targets provide the quantifiable answer to the question, "How will we know when we've been successful in achieving our goal?" Analyzing the gaps between current performance levels and performance targets helps organizations identify priority areas needing improvement and develop strategies that will close the gap.

Phases: Distinct stages of a development project or of a version within a project; the high-level divisions of a project. The recommended project phases for a system development project are: Conceive, Plan, Design, Develop, Test, Train, Implement and Close-Out.

Replacement: Converting to an entirely new application that provides the same or similar business function. A replaced application is retired at the end of conversion. Replacement is an option when the cost of continued maintenance and/or proposed enhancements would exceed the cost of implementing an entirely new system. It may also be an option if there is a question of the availability of technical resources to continue with the current system.

Requirements: In terms of the “New Requirements” and “Impact Analysis” tools found within the Core System Framework, requirements are: 1) the high-level critical business factors (from alerts or trends) that are driving an organization to develop a proposal to do something or do nothing with their Core System; 2) anything new or significant (a Federal, State or Governor mandate, something to sustain or enhance a system, to leverage a business opportunity, etc.), that may result in pursuing a proposal to do something or do nothing with their Core System.

Required Approvals: Required sign offs, usually by higher authority.

Resource Pool: A set of project resources that is available for assignment to the accomplishment of project tasks.

Risk: A future event or problem that exists outside of the control of the project that will have an adverse impact on the project if it occurs. Risk involves the probability of occurrence and the possible consequences or impact. Unlike an issue that is a current problem that must be dealt with, a risk is a potential problem that has not yet occurred.

Risk Analysis: An examination of risk areas or events to assess the probable consequences for each event, or combination of events in the analysis, and determine possible options for avoidance.

Risk Exposure (rank): The likely loss or consequence of a risk. It is the combined probability and impact of a risk usually expressed as the product or probability x impact.

Risk Impact: The harm or consequences to a project of a risk if it occurs. Usually expressed on a relative scale such as low, medium or high.

Risk Management: A process to assess potential problems (risks), determine which risks are important to deal with, and implement strategies to reduce the likelihood or consequences (impact) of those problems.

Risk Mitigation: Actions taken to eliminate or reduce risk by reducing the probability and or impact of occurrence.

Risk Probability: The likelihood of a risk occurring. Usually expressed as a probability percentage or a relative scale such as low, medium or high.

Risk Trigger: Events or thresholds for indicators that specify when an action such as implementing a contingency plan needs to be taken.

Retirement: The last step in the life cycle of a system or application. It occurs when the application is turned off and removed from the organizations portfolio due to the inability to provide a useful business function.

S

Scope Creep: The process by which a project slowly grows beyond its initial scope by the changing or addition of new requirements, activities and/or deliverables.

See-MaKe: (1) from the hebrew word , xmj tSaMaKh, meaning BRANCH. (2) a word play on the purpose of a BRANCH; to See and MaKe, as a BRANCH absorbs the light, air and water and makes leaves, flowers and fruit, so we too see and absorb Gods vision for his kingdom on Earth as it is in heaven, and make it happen like new buds on a BRANCH. This can only happen as we abide in the VINE which provides us with nutrents from the ROOTS. (See John 15:5 and Zechariah 6:12-15)

Service Level Agreement (SLA): A contract between a service provider and a customer that specifies, usually in measurable terms, what services the service provider will furnish.

Good public speaking skills before small and large groups are important in many professions, but are particularly important in land development, where presentations to public approval agencies often make or break a project. This includes skills in adapting material for a technical, nontechnical, or mixed audience. Accuracy should be unquestioned and enthusiasm a key ingredient. As always, respect for the time available is essential. Where appropriate, the use of humor can go a long way in easing tensions and building the relationship necessary to ensure that the project receives a fair hearing. The ability to communicate effectively, whatever the media, is the mark of a leader and an essential quality for today's land development professional.” (Page 10) Dewberry & Davis, 1996. Land Development Handbook: Planning, Engineering, and Surveying.  New York: McGraw-Hill.

Technical Committee: A committee that administers the technical aspects of the project.

Like a wild donkey alone by itself;

Ephraim has hired lovers.

10 Yes, though they have hired among the nations,

Now I will gather them;”

(2) Judah, the Jews were separated from their brothers, but the prophets noted that someday they would be reunited.

Hosea 1:11

“Then the children of Judah and the children of Israel

Shall be gathered together,

And appoint for themselves one head;

the ten lost tribes  See the House of Israel (HI)

Vision Discovery Program (VDP).

    1. THE BRANCH: A DEDIGN DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION to Plan and Develop A Kingdom District (AKD), EZEKIEL'S TEMPLE COMPLEX AND TWELVE RELATED PROJECTS
    2. THE VISION: Isaiah 2:1-5

A House Of Prayer for Everyone (HOPE).

      Isaiah 56:7-8

Everyone Praying: “Thy KINGDOM come, thy will be done on earth as in heaven.”

    3. THE DISCOVERY PROCESS: FINDING A WAY DEFINE AND PLAN THESE THIRTEEN VERY LARGE PROJECTS
    4. THE PROGRAM: BINDING TOGETHER AND MANAGING ALL THE RELATED PROJECTS.

The BRANCH organization is dedicated to the program development of YHWH's Coded Holy Sanctuary, and related complex projects, a.k.a. the HaBiTat of YHWH or the REGAL FOOTSTOOL OF YHWH.

To begin, the program See-Make xmj BRANCH is initiating a DISCOVERY PROJECT.

"A Discovery Project is used to DEFINE AND PLAN for a subsequent, larger project." Tom Mochal, PMP

A Program is a set of related large projects managed as a whole. To begin See-Make xmj BRANCH VDP is initiating a project to discover: who, what, when, where and how A PRESENT, made up of Ezekiel's Temple Complex, and the surrounding DISTRICT, can be delivered to YHWH and his children.

The final deliverables of A Discovery Project are the approved Project Definition, PROJECT WORKPLAN and Project Management Proceedures.

A BRANCH Vision Discovery PROGRAM is the place you start:

Vision Statement: A statement that captures the long-term picture of what the organization wants to become. A vision statement must be inspirational, memorable and reflect the desires of those with vested interests. An example would be, "To be recognized for leadership, innovation and excellence in improving the health of individuals and populations."

YHWH

YHWH is the Creator of the Rock, Planet Earth, and all the universe, and Proprietor of the Seven Eyes (the Seven Continents) and everything within the Seven Seas. (See: Genius 1, Zechariah 3)

The letters “YHWH” spell The Name (Ha Shem in Hebrew) of our creator. At least three amazing revelations are found within this spelling of the ancient name for the “ONE TRUE GOD”:

    1) These letters y-h-w-h are all breath sounds which are made when one breathes in and out; therefore, every time one breathes in and breathes out one says The Nameof our maker.

    2) These Hebrew letters y-h-w-h have noteworthy meanings: the letter “Yood, y means “hand,” Hey h means “the,” and “Vav v ” means, “nail.” Our Creator is THE ONE whose hands were nailed.

    3) “Yah, or Jaw” is a short pronounceable name of our creator. Our jaw-air-way is the means by which we speak and breathe.  It is by speech that the Jaw-Way God created us in his image. God El-o-hem (ALL of Him) said, “Let there be . . . and their was.” God breathed (JAW) the breath of life into man. In ALL-of-Him we have and hold our being. Is it any wonder that his name is on our every breath?
When we add sound to our breath we too create. This is why Jesus (Yeshua, Hebrew meaning Jah-saves) said, “You will give an account for every idle word. An idle word is a non productive, useless, and canceling, negative word. Yeshua also said, “I am the Way the Truth and the LIFE, no person comes to the Father but by me.” The father breathed from Himself into us mortal life; by confession of the mouth, breathing out “The Name Above All Names”, we have eternal LIFE through Yeshua the Son.

Romans 10:8 “But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame." 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. 13 For "whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved." 14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?”

Note the importance of speaking, salvation takes place in the Jaw-Way. Proverbs 18:21 “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”  Proverbs 15:4 “A wholesome tongue is a tree of life, But perverseness in it breaks the spirit.” 1 Peter 3:10 "For he who would love life and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips from speaking deceit.”

Yah

Yah, or Jaw” is a short pronounceable name of our creator. Ref. YHWH

“And the LORD YHWH shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one (AKD) LORD, and his name one (AKD).” Zechariah 14:9 The King James Version, (Cambridge: Cambridge) 1769.

Z

zion

Zion is the Hebrew word, pronounced zee-yone’.  According to Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, it means “a permanent capital”. “Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the goodness of the Yhwh (meaning, i am your every breath), for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered garden: and they shall not sorrow any more at all.”  Jeremiah 31:12 Visitors come from all Nations to the seat of their government.  “People from every nation will say to their neighbor; “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the YHWH, to the house of the El-lo-hem (all-to-them) of Jacob: and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the YHWH from Jerusalem.  And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sward against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.” “O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the YHWH.”  Isaiah 2:3-5   Before we can do this, (go up to the mountain of the house of the YHWH) a dramatic reconstruction of the area must be accomplished.
