Description: Where exactly is A Kingdom District (AKD) located?
Specification/Constraint: Define the border between Y'HUDAH (Judah) COUNTY and the oblation's (AKD) northern border by the cubit and an hand breadth and the Meter.

Background: Eze 40:2 "In the visions of God brought he me into the land of Israel, and set me upon a very high mountain, by which was as the frame of a city on the south."

"Thus saith the LORD (YHWH); If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD.

      Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the city shall be built (a building) to the LORD from the tower of Hananeel unto the gate of the corner. And the measuring line shall yet go forth over against it upon the hill Gareb, and shall compass about to Goath. Decision:

The Northern border of AKD and the Arboretum lies parallel to the Survey Israel map new metric grid line, 635,000 meters north (old grid line 135,000 meters); or 1,000,000 coded cubits (q) north of the Survey of Israel Standard Base Line.

       A Common Utility Buffer shall exist 250q wide on either side of this North Grid Base Line (TYP).
